TMT China buy ZF's Rubber & Plastics Unit

SHANGHAI - Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co. Ltd. signed an agreement with ZF Friedrichshafen AG to acquire its business unit Rubber and Plastics . Transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2014 and is subject to regulatory approvals in China , Europe and the shareholders of TMT .
