WLR-Mould's tooling department offers complete manufacturing of close tolerance Plastic Injection Moulds. These moulds are manufactured by teams of highly skilled employees who are dedicated to meeting the complicated requirements of our customers in the Automotive, Consumer Goods, Computer, Telecom, Electronics, Pharmaceutical Medical and general Appliance Markets.
Facility:
Approximate 8,000 square meters of manufacturing space are dedicated to Mould Making and assembly activities.
Tool Staff:
Tool room activities are carried out by highly experienced journeyman Mould Makers and plenty of machine specialists in the area of grinding, EDM, polishing, Wire-cutting EDM, and CNC.
Services:
WLR-Mould specializes in the manufacture of precision prototype and production injection moulds. The processes for precision machining include conventional and CNC milling, heat treating, EDM machining, lathe cutting, grinding, and mould polishing. Tooling services are supported by comprehensive in-house Mould Design, Plastic Injection Moulding, and Quality Assurance divisions.
Quality:
All Mould Making Personnel are trained to "build" quality into each mold component by complying with to strict quality standards that consistently meet customer's requirements. Additional inspection is executed by certified quality assurance staff with more than 8 years of mold making experience.
